Sweden We offer two delivery options within Sweden:

• Free Shipping — over 500 SEK

European Union Shipping to all EU countries is available at weight-based rates:

• Up to 1 kg — 99 SEK
• 1–2 kg — 168 SEK

International (outside EU) We ship to Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, UAE, UK, USA, and more:

• Up to 1 kg — 149 SEK
• 1–2 kg — 189 SEK

Delivery times Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Sweden typically 2–5 business days, EU 5–10 business days, and international 7–14 business days. These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Customs & duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the nature of our products (loose leaf tea), we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Food items are not eligible for return under Swedish law. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@grasswoodtea.com. Include your order number and a description or photo of the issue, and we’ll provide further
instructions. You have a 3-year right to file a complaint (reklamation) under Swedish consumer law.
