These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.grasswoodtea.com and your purchase of our loose leaf teas. By placing an order, you agree to follow these terms, so please read them carefully.

Orders & Payments
You can order our loose leaf teas directly through our website. All prices are shown in SEK and include VAT where applicable. We accept secure payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna Pay Now. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This is not a binding agreement — we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Sweden and EU. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping(Sweden only)
We offer free shipping on orders over 500 SEK within Sweden.
This applies to all Swedish shipping options and cannot be combined with other discounts.Other Important Notes:
- All shipping prices include VAT (where applicable)
- Delivery timeframes begin once your order leaves our warehouse
- Please report lost or damaged packages within 48 hours

Returns & Complaints
Due to the nature of our products (loose leaf tea), we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Food items are not eligible for return under Swedish law. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@grasswoodtea.com. Include your order number and a description or photo of the issue, and we’ll provide further
instructions. You have a 3-year right to file a complaint (reklamation) under Swedish consumer law. -
