Every tea in this tasting has been carefully chosen for its purity, natural cultivation methods, and the artistry of small-scale teafarmers who prioritize sustainability over mass production.
Begin your experience with a warm, fruit-based welcome drink—a gentle invitation to slow down and awaken your senses. Then, journey through four unique oolongs, each offering its own expression of Taiwan’s lush mountain landscapes:
High Mountain Narcissus Oolong – nutty and floral, grown at high elevations in clean mountain air
Red Oolong – smooth and honeyed, with natural fruit undertones
Charcoal Roasted Oolong – bold and grounding, with rich toasty aromas
Prepared in the traditional kung fu cha style, this tasting honors the meditative ritual of brewing tea slowly and with intention. You’ll experience how each pour reveals new layers of taste, aroma, and texture—inviting you to connect more deeply with what you drink and whereit comes from.
