Dongding Oolong is a classic Taiwanese tea made from hand-selected leaves grown in pristine, naturally cultivated terroirs. Semi-oxidised and artisan-rolled, it yields a silky, rounded infusion with notes of caramel and gently toasted rice, finishing rich, sweet, and refined

Terroir Mingjian, Nantou, Taiwan.
Harvest Hand-harvested in winter and spring.
Cultivar Si-Ji-Chun, Jin-Xuan (TTES No.12), Cuiyu (TTES No.13).
Elevation 300m above sea level.
Oxidation 25% (light fermentation), sun withering.
Roast Roasting at 120°C.
